Cecil Watson began his career in 1980, with the purchase of his first Butcher Shop from his mentor Harlow King. Being in the industry for so long, he is now one of the few butchers left who have extensive training in the traditional form of meat cutting, as well as, one of the few who provide Alberta AA or better hanging rail beef.
